该错误通常是服务端问题，而不是客户端问题。SNI 是一种改进 SSL 握手的服务器技术，在 Microsoft 堆栈中仅在未发布的 IIS 8版本中受支持。除非第三方推出他们自己的 SNI/SSL 堆栈，否则他们的 WCF 服务似乎不太可能需要它。

在您遇到的实际异常中，似乎与此博客文章中的某些内容可能是问题的原因。您的配置和代码片段看起来适合使用 SSL 和基本 HTTP 身份验证的 basicHttpBinding。
