我只注意到一件事...

你有这个:

 struct ip *ip = (struct ip *)send_buf;

然后,您正在分配目标字段:

ip->ip_dst = (*(struct in_addr *)dst_hp->h_addr)

然后你用 memset 擦除它(因为 send_buff 指向同一个东西):

memset(send_buf, 0, sizeof(send_buf));

因此,当您尝试在此处获取 ip_dst 时:

dst.sin_addr = ip->ip_dst;

你得到 0 而不是你之前设置的。

乍一看:你不能依赖 select() 之后的时间结构。您还应该设置 usec。

因此,在代码中,在 for 循环中包含 t 值的规范:

for (i = 1; i <= num; i++) {
    t.tv_sec = 5;
    t.tv_usec = 0;
    ...

否则,当您进行第二次迭代时,t(可以)已更改。

在您的 sprintf(src_ip, ...) 和 dst_ip 中,您省略了格式。

两者都不正确。
您需要正确计算校验和(两者的算法相同,但涵盖不同的字段)。
