SparseBooleanArray checked = listView.getCheckedItemPositions();
for (int i = 0; i < checked.size(); ++i)
{
    if (checked.valueAt(i))
    {
        int pos = checked.keyAt(i);
        doSomethingWith(adapter.getItem(pos));
    }
}
