我在使用 aspnet_compiler调试错误时解决了这个问题。原来我的项目在整个网站的内容目录中都有物理 .aspx 文件，这些文件从我的项目中“排除”。因为它们被排除在外，所以它们没有抛出任何编译时错误。

然而，出于某种原因，网页 (aspx) 编译构建管理器会找到它们并尝试构建它们！我认为这与 dll 和 aspx 文件之间的编译分离有关。aspnet_compiler 不会检查 ProjectName.vbproj（或 .csproj）以了解要编译的页面，它会编译所有页面。（如果有人可以记录这一点，那就太好了）！
