你的怀疑是对的。以下指令

publishProgress((int) ((num / (float) totalSize) * 100));

会在很短的时间间隔内非常频繁地调用。

在这种情况下，我会做的是存储我想要显示的 pourcent avancement 并仅在它自最近一次调用以来发生变化时才发送。

在该doInBackground方法中，您可以声明一个变量，例如：

int lastPourcent = 0;

然后，在transferred方法中：

问题是您的代码在Notification每次执行时都会通过更新溢出服务publishProgress()。我所做的，以及您应该做的，是实现一个不会溢出服务的解决方案，而是让您的代码Notification大约每 5% 或 10% 更新一次。
