根据android文档

警告:不要在使用此方法获得的游标上调用 close(),因为活动会在适当的时候为您执行此操作。但是,如果您对托管查询中的游标调用 stopManagingCursor(Cursor),系统将不会自动关闭游标,在这种情况下,您必须调用 close()。

所以请尝试cursor.close();在您的代码中删除。

您有两个选择使用活动方法 startManagingCursor(...) 或者您只是停止尝试对 onResume() 中关闭或为空的游标执行某些操作。

这是答案:

manageQuery 只是打开一个 MANAGED 游标(随 StartManagingCursor 提供的游标)。因此游标不需要关闭。

但是,由于在我们的应用程序中我们使用超过 1 个游标,使用托管游标会很糟糕,所以我们使用“简单”游标并在完成后关闭它们。所以我们只需要做一个简单的查询而不是 ManagedQuery...
