缓存清单中的某些文件不存在 (404)。

根据规范。如果不能检索所有文件，则不会使用/提交新缓存。

看来您正在使用 Chrome。您的应用程序缓存可能已损坏。尝试清除它，但在地址栏输入以下内容：
