GUI 编程通常在一个类中完成:

class SimpleApp(object):
    def createGUI(self):
        ...
        self.txtName=Entry(sideframe)

    def create(self):
        ...
        name=self.txtName.get()

通过创建txtName的属性self,您可以在其他方法中使用 访问其值self.txtName。其他变量可以用同样的方法处理。
