如果您对同一服务器使用 Web 请求,则默认情况下这些请求一次限制为两个连接。

然后,您无法处理响应和响应流,这意味着它将等到垃圾收集后释放连接以供其他地方使用。将加载代码更改为:

您可能只需要关闭 Web 响应 - 将通过关闭响应来处理流 - 但最好确定。

您仍然只能同时使用到同一服务器的连接获得两个线程(默认情况下,对于非 ASP.NET;您可以自己使用ServicePointManager.DefaultConnectionLimitconnectionManagement配置文件元素更改它)但至少那时您不需要在连接空闲或等待垃圾收集时等待。
