好吧，您的问题似乎是这样的：

  • 在服务器端，您使用不带参数的默认 netTCP 绑定 - 您无需更改任何内容。netTCP 默认使用 Windows 凭据的传输级安全性

  • 但是，在您的客户端上，您明确关闭了 netTCP 绑定上的任何安全性

所以两者不匹配，也不同意做什么。

您需要关闭两端的所有安全性 - 服务器和客户端 - 或者您只需要使用安全默认值（使用 Windows 凭据）。
