#vmware-toolbox-cmd timesync status
Disable

如果您发现它被禁用，请启用它。

#vmware-toolbox-cmd timesync enable
Enabled

在我的情况下有所帮助。也可能对你有帮助。我认为这不符合 vmware 最佳实践，但它确实有效。
