我很确定这是不正确的。您应该调整大小wstring并改用该缓冲区。

wpath.resize(len);
MultiByteToWideChar(CP_ACP, 0, path.c_str(), slength, &wpath[0], len);
CreateProcess(wpath.c_str(), ...
