   smb.HttpGetEnabled = true;
   smb.MetadataExporter.PolicyVersion = PolicyVersion.Policy15;
   host.Description.Behaviors.Add(smb);

    host.Open();

至于服务超时，这是由我的个人防火墙引起的。我必须将 Visual Studio 添加到允许的应用程序列表中。
