关键词是“居中”。我相信总是这样,当用粗笔画时,Java2D 将沿着起始坐标和结束坐标处像素中心之间的假设的无限细线将线的粗细居中。例如,当绘制一条 7 像素粗的垂直蓝线时,Java2D 在正在绘制的假设线段的每一侧绘制 3 个像素。

在您的示例中,厚度为 5 个像素。您需要偏移坐标才能在图形剪辑中完全绘制笔触。通过移动 2 个像素(或THICKNESS/2),圆角变得可见:

问题是偏移量:你有效地切断了中间的边界,所以角落看起来不是圆的。考虑到(这里只针对偏移,也需要调整宽度)
