最大的问题是您的评论与代码不一致(语义上):

SpaceShip space;

这不会创建实例。这会创建对实例的引用——但没有实例。是null。您将它传递给(名称不佳的)panel类构造函数,并表现得好像其中应该有一个值。但是没有。

NPE或至少其中之一:

g2.drawImage(space.img, 0, 0, this); // *foom*

至少在提供的代码中,space从未初始化过。

我还建议不要将所有这些内容合并到一个文件中。

你的变量 spaceShip、missile 和 launcher 都是空的。要实例化一个变量,您需要调用它的构造函数,例如
