您的服务似乎没有正确引用您的绑定配置。

在您的服务配置中搜索 WSHttpBinding_IRAISAPI，您就会明白我的意思。

我假设您的意思是在添加服务引用后未在客户端配置中自动设置 maxArrayLength 设置和/或在更新客户端的服务引用后丢失？如果这是您正在经历的，这是设计使然。诸如超时、maxArrayLength 等设置不会在 WSDL 中公开，因此在创建/更新服务引用时，服务无法将其推送到客户端。

尝试将此全局配置添加到您的服务器端配置中。这会将您的服务绑定绑定到绑定配置。
