好吧，好消息 - 我解决了我的问题。

第一步是删除 libapache-mod-wsgi-py3 并安装 libapache-mod-wsgi （在我的尝试中，我重新安装了 wsgi-py3-package 几次，似乎我最后一次重新安装以某种方式修复了......）

apt-get remove libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3
apt-get install libapach2-mod-wsgi-py3
apt-get autoremove
