我不知道，但是您是否也尝试在 WebInvoke 属性中使用 PUT 而不是 Put？（听起来很尴尬，但它是一个预览，所以它可能是可能的）

您是否尝试使用 List 而不是 IList？

另一种可能性是您可能需要将请求中的 Content-Type 显式设置为 text/xml。

如果您在 IIS (Express) 上托管，则需要启用 PUT 和 DELETE，因为它们默认处于禁用状态。

信不信由你，“方法”参数区分大小写。将其更改为 :
<WebInvoke(UriTemplate:="WebMaint", Method:="PUT")>解决了问题。我认为应该有更好的解决方案，而不仅仅是接收 http 404 错误。
