您的fcgi文件中有语法错误：

runfastcgi(method="threaded", "daemonize="false")

之前的引号daemonize不应该在那里。

正如 Jack M 在评论中所说，如果您查看了服务器错误日志，您几乎肯定会在那里看到错误。
