问题不在 NSPopover；NSViewController 抛出异常，它表示虽然 nib 加载成功，但它的view属性仍然是nil.

在 Interface Builder 中打开“View.nib”并将File Owner的view出口分配给控制器应该表示的视图对象（NSViewContoller 在加载 nib 时成为文件所有者）。这是通过按住 Ctrl 键从 File Owner 图标拖动到视图的图标，然后view从出口列表中选择来完成的。
