当我从同义词中计数时,它返回零行。当我从基础表中执行相同操作时,它会返回 12000 行。

我无法解释这种差异。任何人都可以帮忙吗?

更新:

您已ROW LEVEL SECURITY启用。

FND_GENERIC_POLICY.GET_PREDICATE每次访问表时都会调用user 函数并限制对某些行的访问。

它会根据您如何访问表返回不同的结果:直接或通过SYNONYM.

您需要查看函数并查看发生了什么(或在此处发布函数文本)。

您是否 100% 确定这CS.CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B实际上是一个表格而不是一个视图?如果它是一个视图,也许它在 WHERE 子句中做了一些不寻常的事情。
