这意味着找不到 PHP 试图包含的文件 ( ./profiles/drupal_commons/modules/contrib/context/plugins/context_condition_context.inc)，或者 Web 服务器没有足够的权限来读取它。

签入/profiles/drupal_commons/modules/contrib/context/plugins/以确保context_condition_context.inc文件存在并且 Web 服务器可以读取它（使用 XAMPP 应该不是问题）。

有些人报告说看到一些奇怪的文件扩展名被添加到context_condition_context.inc文件中，导致 Drupal 找不到它。你可以在这里找到一份这样的报告。
