showposts自 2.1 版以来已被弃用，因此使用它可能会更好posts_per_page。不确定它是否会有所不同，但您也可以将 PHP 的前两行替换为$featured = new WP_Query('showposts=1');

至于导致问题的原因，我不确定，您的查询对我来说看起来不错，并且您没有提到 Share This 失败的方式。我不熟悉 Share This 插件，但大多数此类插件使用附加到the_content过滤器的过滤器功能将其内容添加到帖子中。也就是说，可能只是您正在使用the_excerpt()而不是the_content().
