终于找到解决办法了！

由于某些非常奇怪的原因，似乎 Internet Explorer 是罪魁祸首。

  • 在管理模式下启动命令行。
  • 转到C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer或者c:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer如果您有 Win x64。
  • 执行regsvr32 /u ieproxy.dll（如果未加载，这可能会引发错误）
  • 执行regsvr32 ieproxy.dll

这对我有用（实际上，我注册/注销了一次额外的时间，但这应该没什么可说的？）！
