它们AttachmentBase可以用来构建电子邮件附件。但是，我们不能将实例添加AttachmentBase到电子邮件的附件中。

我认为这个Attachment类应该继承自AttachmentBase. 我认为这可能是一个缺陷。

根据此 MSDN文档，您可以将附件的文件名指定为参数。因此，您可以将完整路径作为字符串参数。
