我收到了相同的错误消息，但可以修复它：

就我而言，我将 tgz 文件直接放在 dpan 目录的根目录中。将“./dpan/DateTime-0.70.tar.gz”移动到“./dpan/authors/id/D/DR/DROLSKY/DateTime-0.70.tar.gz”确实解决了这个问题。现在“02packages.details.txt.gz”和“03modlist.data.gz”被创建。
