对于该对象,没有您调用的名称的属性。这意味着当“模块”不包含您正在调用的方法时,您会收到错误消息。

您的调用 .is_external 但您的代码中没有指向此方法的属性链接,或者您没有设法导入包含该方法的包,因此您调用了没有属性的东西来运行。

再次阅读您的代码,问题应该是您没有“外部”属性或者未定义是您的 package_directory = os.path.dirname(os.path.abspath(__file__))
