用户通常会在 chrome 浏览器上遇到 OpenSAML 错误。此外，Firefox 上的用户可以毫无问题地访问 URL，但是一旦通过隐私浏览访问 URL，同样的问题仍然存在。奇怪的是，在清除浏览器缓存/cookies/历史记录后，有时会出现相同的 OpenSAML 错误，有时不会。
