问题出在运行时，我收到以下错误：-

无法连接到 net.tcp://localhost:10000/AppServer.ApplicationProcess.svc。连接尝试持续了 00:00:02.0582058 的时间跨度。TCP错误代码10061：由于目标机器主动拒绝，无法建立连接。

并在我的防火墙中创建了一个入站规则，允许在端口 10000 上进行 TCP 通信。我不确定我错过了什么。有什么想法吗？

除了前面提到的 Net.Tcp 端口共享服务，您还需要启用并启动 Net.Tcp 侦听器适配器服务。

这里的关键是您启用了端口共享（绑定中的 PortSharingEnabled），这需要您运行 TCP 端口共享服务，该服务在 Windows 中默认不运行。请参阅此链接：NetTcpBinding.PortSharingEnabled

除了需要启用的服务之外，我还必须启用 IIS 以识别 net.tcp。右键单击您的网站 > 管理应用程序 > 高级设置。启用协议的值应该是：http,net.tcp
