问题是如果不传入组和子组，您将无法联系到用户。阅读您的错误，可以理解 rails 正在尝试将您的 current_user 转换为组。

你resource :users在范围内，所以你没有/users/:id路线。

你可以试试这个：

scope ":group/:subgroup/" do
  devise_for :users
end
resources :users

我不确定是否scope有一个shallow => true选项（我认为它有，你可能应该使用它）。
