尝试使用Fusion Log Viewer查看哪些程序集加载失败。它不仅应该告诉您失败的文件，还应该告诉您它尝试在哪里查找该文件。

我的问题：EntityFrameworkTesting.Moq -> requests Moq, Version=4.2.1409.1722
