我管理的网站处理大量大型（视频）文件上传。有时在上传过程中，连接丢失，用户必须重新开始视频上传。我想做的是能够在这种情况下恢复视频上传。关于管理此问题的方法有哪些建议？

This might not be a Rails issue. But I came across jQuery FileUpload UI a while back and saw that it has support for resuming uploads. It seems, based on the description in their features page, that it's a browser issue.
