我将VSCode与PHP CS Fixer v3.1.0一起使用，但似乎没有应用规则。
当我评论/取消评论时setIndent("\t")，此设置会自动应用并可以测试，但setRules()不会应用所有规则。例如，数组 like$myarray = array('foo', 'bar');不会被替换为$myarray = ['foo', 'bar'];while I have the rule array_syntax' => ['syntax' => 'short']。
