ZStack您可以在to上设置对齐方式.top。然后，您还可以删除Spacer.

ASpacer在 a - 中什么也不做ZStack，因为它在自己的层上。但是设置对齐方式ZStack会将所有视图对齐到顶部。如果这不是你想要的，你也可以把它Spacer放在内部VStack，它的内容也将全部与顶部对齐。
