我遇到了同样的问题并解决了这个问题，我只是发送https: // sellpartnerapi-na.amazon.com/definitions/2020-09-01/productTypes?marketplaceIds=A2EUQ1WTGCTBG2 以获取 productType 是 PRODUCT。
