在您引用的安装页面上，根据要求，您会发现：

GlassFish 或 Tomcat 10.0 或更高版本等 servlet 容器

（强调我的）。

source.war是 Jakarta EE 9 应用程序，它不适用于 Tomcat 9.0。从1.6.0 版开始，OpenGrok 需要一个 Servlet 5.0 容器。
