I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times. It worked on boot up the first time, then never again. When I open my task manager, it opens Neo4j as three background processes. If I try to open it again, one of the processes will jump to 14% of my CPU then back to 0%.
More details:
I'm on a Windows, system updates are all in. I've tried to run it as an administrator and I've tried restarting my laptop. Nothing is working and it refuses to open again. It's the newest Neo4j update.
