第一个问题是您的搜索字符串_TAG=pageindex=。
在 中使用它时set "TEST=!LINE:*%_TAG%=!"，这会导致

==1,pagingsize=350"

等号加倍，因为 serach 表达式不能包含等号，所以总是用等号来分割查找和替换部分。
您搜索pageindex并将其替换为=

因此%%S包含==1和set /a NUM===1+1失败

您可以通过更改delims=, 为delims=,= in来解决它
