问题是 KMS 以另一种格式返回签名:

ANS X9.62–2005 定义的 DER 编码对象

虽然 JWT 的格式应R || S符合https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7515#appendix-A.3.1

因此,我使用 BouncyCastle 添加了一个转换方法并在将其转换为 base64url 之前调用了该方法:
