.NET 框架不支持 TLS/SSL 会话重用。如果您的服务器需要它（它看起来是什么，现在很常见，什么对安全有好处），您不能使用FtpWebRequest也不能使用 FluentFTP。两者都使用 TLS/SSL 的 .NET 实现。

您将不得不使用使用自己的 TLS/SSL 实现的 FTP 库。

您可以使用我的 WinSCP .NET 程序集。尽管与 FluentFTP 不同，它不是原生的 .NET 库，它依赖于外部二进制文件。但这就是使它起作用的原因。
