长话短说，我必须进行 3 处更改。

  1. 改为response = client.request :language_count_ response = client.request "LanguageCount"
  2. 添加:xmlns => "http://tempuri.org/"到 client.request 调用的末尾
  3. 显式调用 SOAPaction，如：client.http.headers["SOAPAction"] = '"http://tempuri.org/FooService/LanguageCount"'
