            tlsConn.SetSNI(URL)

SNI 的值应该是主机名 ( www.fedex.com) 而不是 URL ( https://www.fedex.com)。这有效：

            u,_ := url.Parse(URL)
            tlsConn.SetSNI(u.Host)
