不幸的是,Azure 不提供对 VMSS 中每个实例的公共 IP 分配方法的控制。VirtualMachineScaleSetPublicIPAddressConfigurationProperties您可以在最新的ARM API 版本中查看所有支持的对象属性 。

但是,经过我的验证,当您重启实例或VMSS 缩容或扩容时,现有实例的公网IP 地址并没有改变。除非您停止 VMSS 实例,否则实例的公共 IP 地址将被更新。
