由于 FrameLayout 与 Parent 匹配，并且您将底部导航的顶部提供给框架布局的底部，这就是它下降的原因。

删除此行

    app:layout_constraintTop_toBottomOf="@id/dashboard_framelayout"

这确实有效，但您的底部导航将覆盖 FrameLayout。如果这就是你想要的，那很好。如果您不希望它覆盖，请执行以下操作：

在 FrameLayout 中，更改layout_height=0dp以匹配约束。还要添加以下约束：app:layout_constraintBottom_toTopOf="@id/dashboard_bottom_navigation

在 BottomNavigationView 中，您无需执行任何操作。您可以保留顶部约束（这将链接两个视图）或删除它。无论哪种方式，如果隐藏 NavView，FrameLayout 将展开以填充屏幕并在显示 NavView 时缩小。
