问题是VideoWriter初始化。

你初始化了：

out = cv2.VideoWriter('Video_output.mp4', fourcc, FPS, FrameSize, 0)

最后一个参数的0意思是，isColor = False。您是说，您要将帧转换为灰度然后保存。但是您的代码中没有转换。

此外，您正在根据compress参数调整代码中每个帧的大小。

如果我使用默认的压缩参数：
