我找到了一个解决方案 - 或者更确切地说是一种规避：

我编辑了runtimeconfig.json驻留在输出目录中的内容。就我而言：（bin\Debug\netcoreapp3.1\win-x64\<ProjectName>.runtimeconfig.json替换<ProjectName>为您的项目名称）。

该字段version以前包含版本号3.1。我对其进行了编辑以包含值3.1.7：
