我对 Xcode 11.5 有同样的问题我去https://github.com/filsv/iPhoneOSDeviceSupport，下载 iOS 14，然后复制并粘贴到 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport /。它工作正常。
