显然我遇到了这个问题，因为我在 NTFS 分区上有存储库。NTFS 没有正确存储文件的权限，Git 将其视为更改。
您可以使用以下命令强制 Git 在查找更改时忽略文件的权限：
repo forall -c git config core.filemode false

（不确定这是否有任何副作用。如果有，请告诉我！）
