查看Jedi 0.15.1的设置要求，这应该可以安装在 Python 2.7 及更高版本上，不包括 3.0.x 到 3.3.x：

python_requires='>=2.7, !=3.0.*, !=3.1.*, !=3.2.*, !=3.3.*'

我怀疑您实际上并没有pip在您假设的 Python 版本上运行。我刚刚在我的机器上尝试运行 Python 3.7.5 并且运行没有问题pip install jedi==0.15.1。

您可以使用以下命令找出 pip 在什么环境下运行。

pip --version
