CombineLatest正如您正确预期的那样,会等待,但在您的情况下,getUsers已经准备好一个值,即[]; 即什么users时候getUsers跑。

CombineLatest在某些异步操作发生之前,您实际上不需要使用“等待”。您可以只链接发布者:

return importUsers()
           .setFailureType(to: Error.self)
           .flatMap { _ in
               getUsers()
           }
           .eraseToAnyPublisher()

事实上,getUsers甚至不需要,如果你可以假设它users是在以下内容之后填充的importUsers
